How to speed up the ordering line to match ticket time during peak lunch hours
One of the things I'm working on is how to speed the ordering process and shorten the line as much as possible. It seems ordering time (time standing in line, for quick-serve or fast-casual concept) is not the same as ticket time (prep and cook time to get food to customer), and improving one without the other is kind of pointless. I'd like to improve so they match. Is this possible?
