Making bulk pho broth using steam kettle or just regular pots?
I have a question about using the traditional large pots on floor burners versus using the more expensive steam kettles. What are some comparison points between them such as functions, cook time, installation and operation costs, ease of use, labor required, etc.? Appreciate some insight on this.
