Looking for ways grill meats faster but maintain quality
Thanks for this excellent forum. I'm looking for ways to speed up the grilling of meats (beef, pork, chicken, shrimp) for use in banh mi and bun dishes. Are there any tips you can provide to help speed up the last leg of the process, meaning grilling and serving? It seems there should be better ways than to just grill to order one order at a time, and I'd rather not use the steam table (food does not stay fresh and taste as good).
