Quick and dirty calculation for new restaurant
Hi: I'd like to learn if there's a quick and dirty calculation process that I can use to help me make a judgement on whether a restaurant concept or location is worth pursuing further. The reason I ask this question is, due to lack of experience, I'm looking for a different way to help my decision process. Hope the question is not too confusing. Thank you.

Sounds like @popo729 wants quick and easy solution to something that requires years of education and years of acquired experience, but is not willing to invest the time. There's really no "dirty" way to do something right, but if you want "quick" but lack experience AND don't want to lose your shirt, then I'd suggest you get a professional coach or consultant to walk you through the whole process, and be willing to spend time to learn from that person.
