One way is becoming a member of your state and local restaurant associations.</p><p>In California, it's the California Restaurant Association (CRA) - the restaurant people, not the gun people. I'm a fan of professional associations and definitely a fan of the CRA. I urge all pho restaurateurs to support your local and regional (even national) restaurant associations.
