Below is my recommended content for a solid pho restaurant business plan I use in all business plan consulting work. It should provide a good starting point to start adding in details about any pho restaurant concept.

Not all sections are necessarily applicable to all restaurant concepts, but in the majority of cases each area should be addressed to a certain extent by the owner. Even by saying "This section is not applicable", you acknowledge that you at least have thought about it and you've deliberately made a decision.

This is a good practice and you can always be sure to have everything complete.
