Hi Cuong,
Love the Pho Forum for operators and business topics. I'd like to ask if you'll provide private consulting either within these forums or working directly with us. My concept does include pho but it's not the main/signature dish. There are other faster Viet food dishes that we want to offer to target certain market segment.
