I’ll tell it like it is. For those who really want to open your own pho restaurant, we’ll soon get to the nitty gritty, the mechanics, the down-and-dirty details, the how-tos, and the ins and outs. But if you are not willing to search through your inner self for and to understand the desire from within, then I would say you are not ready to run a restaurant, pho or otherwise.
