Staying true to what I want LovingPho.com to be, which is a reliable informational resource for Vietnamese pho noodle, I and a partner opened Ui-Cha! Phở and Cà-Phê, a pilot pho restaurant located on the second floor in the University Center (UC,) the University of Montana in Missoula.
